Private consulting for established business owners

Your business is working. But is it working for you?

When revenue slips, your team depends on you for everything, or growth creates more chaos than freedom, the answer isn't more effort. It's a better-designed business.

The pattern underneath the symptoms

A growing business can still be quietly losing ground.

Most owners can recognize the pressure. Fewer have a clean way to pinpoint where it originates.

01 / REVENUE

Leads arrive. Profit doesn't.

Marketing costs rise, follow-ups disappear, and the owner can't say with confidence which channels earn their keep.

02 / CAPACITY

Everything waits for you.

Staff can do the work, but decisions, escalation, customer communication, and problem-solving still live in your head.

03 / VISIBILITY

You're too close to see the pattern.

Information sits across conversations, spreadsheets, inboxes, and tools—with no dependable view of what matters most.

04 / EXECUTION

You have ideas, not traction.

Another strategy is easy to imagine. Translating one into owned tasks, processes, and accountable follow-through is harder.

You don't need another motivational speech. You need to know what's actually constraining the business—and what to build next.

Two paths. One standard.

Choose the change your business needs.

Each engagement combines diagnosis, strategic architecture, and practical implementation. The right program depends on the bottleneck—not the biggest package.

Application-based engagements

01 / PROFITABLE REVENUE

The Revenue
Recovery Engine

Find the gaps between inquiry, sale, and repeat business—then build a system that makes profitable growth more measurable.

$7,50090-day engagement
  • Revenue leakage and customer acquisition diagnostic
  • Pricing, positioning, and conversion strategy
  • CRM, follow-up workflows, and performance dashboard
  • Hands-on implementation and 90-day roadmap

Best when the biggest constraint is acquiring, converting, or keeping profitable business.

02 / FOUNDER INDEPENDENCE

The Owner
Freedom Engine

Reduce dependence on you by redesigning responsibilities, standardizing operations, and giving the business a management rhythm.

$15,000120-day engagement
  • Owner dependency and operational assessment
  • Roles, delegation, SOPs, and leadership structure
  • Business systems, decision-making, and visibility
  • Implementation, handoff, and independence roadmap

Best when the business functions, but too much of it still depends on one person.

A clearer starting point

Not sure which program fits?

Start with the business constraint that's most costly right now. This simple guide doesn't diagnose your business; it helps you decide which conversation to have first.

Your selection stays on this page. It isn't stored or submitted.

Which statement sounds most like your situation?

The Alignment Architect method

Clarity, translated into operating reality.

Working systems beat beautifully written plans. The process is designed to leave your business with something useful, measurable, and owned by your team.

01 / DIAGNOSE

Find the constraint.

Study what is happening, what it costs, and what the available evidence says about the actual bottleneck.

02 / ARCHITECT

Design the solution.

Choose priorities, clarify responsibilities, and translate strategy into an executable blueprint.

03 / IMPLEMENT

Build what matters.

Install the right processes, workflows, and practical tools—not a technology stack for its own sake.

04 / TRANSFER

Make it sustainable.

Document the system, establish a review rhythm, and leave the business equipped to keep improving.

The person behind the architecture

Your business deserves more than another opinion.

I'm Jessica Alyea. My work draws on more than two decades in hospitality, client experience, sales, operations, and building business systems. I bring the strategic lens of an owner and the execution discipline of an operator.

I don't believe in confusing complexity with progress. We identify the constraint, make a deliberate decision, and build the capability your company actually needs.

“Think clearly. Build capability. Create options.”

The work can continue

A strategic partner for what comes next.

After the core engagement, qualified clients can continue with the Executive Growth Partnership: structured advisory, performance reviews, and quarterly priorities without an open-ended implementation commitment.

$1,500 / month

Six-month initial commitment · Available to program graduates · Subject to fit

Executive Growth Partnership

  • Two private advisory sessions each month
  • KPI and business performance review
  • Monthly priorities and accountability
  • Quarterly strategic planning and optimization
  • Continued access to agreed planning and operational tools

Good questions

Clarity before commitment.

A premium engagement should be easy to understand before you decide.

Is this coaching, consulting, or done-for-you implementation?

It is scoped, done-with-you consulting with targeted implementation. We diagnose the business, design improvements, configure agreed systems, and support handoff. It does not include unlimited outsourcing, paid ad management, or unlimited custom software development.

Do I need to buy a new set of tools?

Not necessarily. Existing systems are assessed before recommending replacements. PlanCraft and EmpireOS may support the work where their current capabilities fit, but technology is not the outcome.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Start with the most expensive current constraint. If leads, conversion, pricing, or collections are the issue, start with Revenue Recovery. If decisions, people, and daily operations depend on you, explore Owner Freedom. A fit conversation can clarify overlap.

Can I expect a guaranteed increase in revenue or guaranteed hours back?

No. The engagement commits to defined professional deliverables and implementation support, not a guaranteed financial return or a specific reduction in working hours. Outcomes depend on the baseline, market, team, and execution.

What kind of company is not a good fit?

These programs are not designed for pre-revenue startups, businesses unable to fund implementation responsibly, or owners who need guaranteed results without participating in the work.

What happens after the program?

The engagement ends with a documented plan and handoff. If ongoing strategic oversight has clear value, eligible clients may choose the separate Executive Growth Partnership at $1,500 per month.
