Recognize the pattern

The money is often lost between the steps.

Revenue recovery starts with identifying the specific part of the customer journey that is underperforming—not assuming the answer is another ad campaign.

01 / SIGNAL

Leads cost too much

You pay for inquiries but cannot clearly connect every source to booked work and contribution margin.

02 / SIGNAL

Follow-up is inconsistent

Potential customers leave without a systematic next step, reminder, or accountability owner.

03 / SIGNAL

Pricing is reactive

Discounts, unclear margins, and inconsistent packages make it difficult to know which work is worth winning.

04 / SIGNAL

Existing clients disappear

You deliver the service, but repeat-business, renewal, and referral opportunities lack a process.

05 / SIGNAL

Your data lives everywhere

Spreadsheets, messages, software, and staff knowledge make the customer journey difficult to measure.

06 / SIGNAL

You keep trying another tactic

Marketing changes before the sales process has been diagnosed or the prior experiment measured.

How the engagement works

Deliberate work. Visible deliverables.

The work follows a clear sequence so your team can see what is being built, why it matters, and what happens next.

PHASE 01WEEKS 1–2

Diagnose the revenue leaks.

Review available sales, marketing, pricing, lead costs, margins, collections, and customer retention data to find the few constraints with the greatest business impact.

YOU RECEIVE: Revenue Leakage Assessment + initial KPI baseline

PHASE 02WEEKS 3–4

Architect the growth strategy.

Define the high-value customer, refine offer and pricing decisions, map the sales journey, and prioritize the actions that can realistically be implemented.

YOU RECEIVE: Revenue Growth Blueprint + prioritized 90-day action plan

PHASE 03WEEKS 5–8

Install practical sales systems.

Configure an agreed CRM workflow, lead stages, follow-up ownership, simple scripts, reporting standards, and a fit-for-purpose conversion pathway.

YOU RECEIVE: Configured sales workflow + operating instructions

PHASE 04WEEKS 9–12

Measure and optimize.

Compare early signals with the baseline, refine weak points, and document the next priorities for marketing, conversion, and customer retention.

YOU RECEIVE: Performance dashboard + next-quarter growth roadmap

Evaluate the fit

A premium service should make sense for you.

LIKELY A STRONG FIT

You may be ready if…

  • Your business already has paying customers and a defined service.
  • Your most pressing challenge is revenue quality, conversion, pricing, or acquisition economics.
  • You can provide basic operating data and participate in implementation.
  • You have the resources to invest $7,500 without endangering core obligations.

PROBABLY NOT YET

Another starting point may serve you better if…

  • You have not yet validated a paid offer or acquired customers.
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads or a fixed return on spend.
  • Your main issue is staff leadership, delegation, and founder dependency rather than revenue.
  • You need an agency to fully operate paid advertising or sales on your behalf.

A defined scope. A clear investment.

Invest in the system, not another stack of advice.

This is an intensive, 90-day engagement with a defined diagnosis, agreed implementation priorities, and measurable operating deliverables. The goal is better revenue decisions and a stronger conversion system—not a promise of arbitrary growth.

Included: private consulting sessions, scoped implementation support, documented deliverables, and handoff guidance.

Not included: advertising budgets, third-party vendor fees, new software subscriptions outside agreed scope, unrestricted custom development, or legal/accounting advice.

Good questions

Clarity before commitment.

A premium engagement should be easy to understand before you decide.

Will this deliver a guaranteed revenue increase?

No. We establish a baseline and implement specific improvements, but customer behavior and market results cannot be guaranteed. The paid commitment covers agreed consulting and implementation deliverables.

Does the price include ad spend or an advertising agency?

No. Paid advertising, design production beyond agreed conversion work, media buying, and vendor subscriptions are excluded unless separately scoped.

Will you replace our existing CRM?

Only if there is a sound operational reason and the change is agreed. We evaluate the existing system first, and may configure EmpireOS where its current capabilities fit.

How involved must I be?

The program is done-with-you. A decision-maker must provide timely data, approvals, and access to the people responsible for executing the new processes.

How do we continue after 90 days?

You receive documented workflows and a roadmap. Eligible clients can engage in the optional six-month Executive Growth Partnership for continued strategic oversight.

THE NEXT DECISION

The answer may not be more leads. It may be less leakage.

Tell me where revenue is getting stuck. We will assess whether the Revenue Recovery Engine is a commercially responsible next step.
